The Japanese House stopped in Toronto on tour for her sophomore album, In The End It Always Does. It was a mesmerizing experience, with hypnotic lighting enhancing the simplicity of her solo vocal performance, backed by a four-piece band, not leaving out the signature saxophone often heard in the music. Amber Bain's dedication to her dog Joni Jones added a heartfelt touch, and the encore ending off with "Sunshine Baby" had everyone dancing with pure joy.
